iPod touch iPod on a budget

I want to have an iPod touch (new or used) with a budget of less than $150. Which one should I buy?

You can find the 6 gen on some websites for that. If you can come up with $50 more you can get a brand new iPod touch 7 gen 32gb for $199. Maybe also an iPhone SE used can be found for that price. Especially the old 16gb variety.
