iPod iPod Playlist to itunes.

I recently found my old iPod and I have a few playlist which I really want from it. But I don't know how to transfer a playlist from my old iPod to iTunes. How would I go about doing this. Also if theres only a way to do it with another software can you please recommend on that is free? Thank You

irip or senuti on mac (trial, I've yet to find something free on mac)
