Since upgrading to iTunes 7.5, I've had an issue syncing my iPod Shuffle, in that it won't fill it to capacity. The initial sync copied 750MB. When I clicked Autofill again, it synced a few more tracks ( 880MB ), and now it won't sync past 940MB, even though it claims there is free space ( Disk mode is off, and I've clicked the convert to 128k box ). I've even tried restoring it, but it did the same thing. What is odd, is when I connect it up, it "updates" random tracks from the playlist. Pretty sure it didn't do that before....

Is this a sign of impending doom? Anyone else had/having this issue?

Same thing

I've been having the same problem, even now a few months later

Have you tried restoring the Shuffle in iTunes?

Are you syncing from a playlist?

If there are any particular items not syncing, check the Info on them. In the Options section make sure the box for "skip when shuffling" is not checked.
