iPod touch iPod Stops sending push notifications??

So, recently my iPod stops sending push notifications to me.. does anyone know why?

Yes, I did jailbreak my iPod with greenpois0n, I'm on 4.1. But I've had it jailbroken for the past months and it just started happening a few days ago.. does anyone know a fix to this? Will upgrading to 4.2 help? 😕
