iPod touch Ipod touch 2g And computer problem

So my brothers computer messed up and he has leopard and will just reinstall tiger seeing it would be faster and such, so i have one question regardless if he reinstalls Leopard or tiger will his ipod touch 2nd gen connect to the computer seeing it will only connect to one computer?

i dont have a mac but i know that once you reinstall the software on his computer and download itunes again.....all you should have to do is connect the ipod and set it up again using itunes hope this helps

A little late i just said sure and itll work to him and it did. And my ipod will connect to my ipod just no apps
