iPod touch Ipod Touch 2G: Won't Turn On/Jailbroken

:eek::confused: HELPPP!! my jailbroken ipod shut off and my retarded friend pressed the home/power button to restore thinking iwanted to restore it!! what should i do and can it be fixed WITHOUT restoring it. btw its 2gen 4.2.1
 
help!!!

i have a jailbroken ipod 2Gen and i went to settings and erased al my content and it said itll take about an hour but its been like 3 hours now and my ipod wont turn on it only has the apple skull jailbroken icon thinggy and nothings working: (
