iPod touch iPod Touch 2Gen video out

I just bought the Apple Component AV Cable to go with my new iPod Touch. When I hook it up to my TV, however, it outputs video at 480p, which my television does not support.

I know the 1st Generation Touch would max out at 480i, but is there a way to tell my 2nd Generation to give me that resolution?

Not that I know of.... I don't think you can. Sorry.
