iPod touch Ipod touch 3g tethered problem

Hi guys ive just jailbrOken my ipod 3g tethered jaiilbreak on my ios 5 and i installed a tweak that needed me to reboot after it did i pluged it to my pc and booted it with redsnow and it worked fine but after a couple of times all my tweaks and packages doesnt work anymore i check cydia and i find them but theyre not active i cant use them and i tried to boot it again but with no use
I simply can jailbreak it once more but if there is a simpler way that would be great and thx

Actually that's what happens when you jailbreak tethered, you lose your packages and jailbreak. Every time your device runs out of juice, you have to boot through Redsnow.

^^ is correct. Thats what a tethered jailbreak means. Most people wait until an untethered jailbreak is out before updating or jailbreaking their iDevices.
