iPod touch iPod Touch 3rd Gen home button problem

My iPod touch constantly hits the home button on its own while im using it or charging it. It kills my battery and wont let me do anything on it for a long period of time.

My ipod touch 4g has a home button problem also. It jams at times. Im actually going to get a replacement for mine. The oerson at the apple store told me there was dirt in side but the butin itself also had a problem. Take it to apple store and check it out
