My iPod touch is not jailbrocken 🙂 , Anyways il be quick... I've had a big history of hackers trying to hack me for all sorts of stuff and I had a Trojan/malware on my old up laptop which I did not know about , plugged my iPod into it and I guess it got infected... Now everyday my iPod acts odd. Music starts randomly playing and gets fast forwarded ect. Apps randomly open and close. When on YouTube watching a video it would randomly change. Voice command/ music command or whatever it's called randomly on's. I have reformatted my iPod many times. Still there. Happens around the same time everyday. Any help? Called apple but needed AppleCare :/ if anyone hasn't got any suggestions then il end up buying AppleCare n try getting a new iPod or something. Once again don't say it's not a virus , trust me it is 🙁

Trust me its not. If you had a real virus you most likely wouldn't even know it.

Viruses do not happen like they do on TV. You will not see spinning logos, hear crazy sounds, or have a group called the Pretorians after you.

It sounds like either a software issue that can be fixed with a restore, or a hardware issue in which you'll need an exchange.

I've restored my iPod all ready on my iPod touch , should I restore it on my mac using iTunes?

After reformatting my ipod touch still the same... Deffo not a hardware fault. I'm sure its a virus. Going to show apple soon..

If you restored it in iTunes and set it up as a new iPod, it does not have a virus. It is either a hardware problem or user error.

No, it isn't. There is absolutely no known virus developed for iOS. Stop freaking out.

As for your problem, completely restore from an iOS version downloaded from Apple's servers using iTunes.
