Does the iPod Touch 4G have the oleophobic coating applied to it like the iPhone 3GS/4 and iPad? Thanks.

No coating on the iPod Touch.

I love my 4G Touch, but it sure is a fingerprint magnet. My iPad on the other hand, will only show smudge marks if I had a bag of fritos. This would never happen though as I am OCD with my gear.

Definitely no... I really want to wash my hand when I need to use it.

Thank you gents. Much appreciate your feedback. I actually would prefer not to have the oleophobic coating so this suits me just fine. I do find it odd that they did not do this for the iPod touch. Is there that much extra cost for adding this? I would imagine not.

It's probably not too much, but it's probably something they decided to keep on the iPhone to make people still want to buy it.
