iPod touch Ipod touch 4G won't turn on

Hi, my ipod touch 4g just blacked out. Usually to fix this problem I just hold the home, and power button and it turns on (yay), but i can't turn it on due to my home button not working. I still have warranty but it would be voided due to being jail broken. Am i screwed?🙁

Have you tried to restore it back to factory. Could be the jailbreak stuff causing the problem.

I can't restore it, it cant turn turn on.
