When using my AirPods with my iPod Touch 6th generation the Bluetooth connection constantly seems to drop ultimately disconnecting my AirPods. Sometimes I can reconnect them right away and other times I have to wait longer or go into the Bluetooth settings and wait for the AirPods to show up in the list to reconnect.

I have tried "Forgetting This Device" and removing the AirPods from my iPod then reconnecting them but the issue still remains. This issue seems to have started after the iOS 12 update. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try or is the Bluetooth in my iPod failing?

I'm 100% on wired with the iPod Touch. I'd try to hold-reset and see if that helps
