I pre-ordered the 32 GB iPod on Amazon when it was $299.99 and I see now the price has dropped like $11...will I get the new price? Or should I cancele the pre-order and do a new one? :apple:

Better iPod Touch and Amazon question: how soon can one expect Amazon to ship them? :D

EDIT: @ the OP: actual answer from another thread
Just a FYI if you already ordered from Amazon prior to them lowering the price they will change it if you email them.

Yes, you will get charged 289. You won't get charged until your product actually ships

If you dont email them they will not automatically change the price. Amazon only changes the price if it is a pre-order item. The iPod's are just regular items with a late ship date. The Amazon rep stated that Amazon does not have a price guarantee on already purchased items.
