Is there an app that lets you connect to the internet using your cell phone? Don't care for AT&T so won't be getting an iPhone.

    Wrong.

It depends on what kind of phone you have and if your phone has WiFi capabilities. If you have a Windows Mobile phone with WiFi capabilities, check this out:

It works like a charm for me. It takes the internet I receive through sprint and broadcasts it through WiFi.
