So i am going to order a 2nd gen ipod touch (16 gb) soon, and sometime this year i am getting a new computer.
If i buy some apps on my current computer and put them on the touch, will i be able to transfer them to my new computer (when i get one) and keep the apps on my ipod too?

Basically can apps i already purchased be transferred from one computer to another?
thanks

Yes

You can drag and drop them out of iTunes like any music or video file. You likely cannot pull it off the iPod like that, however I believe there is a way to synch with a new system.

You can also make a backup in Time Machine and restore that iTunes backup onto your new system while (or after) setting it up.
