iPod touch ipod touch battery problem

I just charged my battery no more than 2 days ago, and I hardly do anything with it except listen to music every once in a while. Most of the time it is on standby. The battery seems to drain really fast even when it is on standby, because now the battery is a 10%. It shouldn't drain this fast with so little usage. What should I do? It is still under warrenty (1st gen)

Well many things can drain the battery, like if the wifi is on, push...brightness of the screen. How long do you estimate you've used it for 2 days?
