iPod touch IPOD Touch blocked

Today my Ipod Touch woke up blocked to yesterdays night last operation, no way to "slide to unlock" it and a closed lock icon appears on top of the screen. I synced it to Itunes to reinstall the software but the problem persists. I do not know how to unlock it.. Any hint?

I suggest you to reset your Touch by press and hold HOME and OFF les for 3 seconds. Let go the keys when you see Apple logo. Good luck.

No Way

I tried everything including what is in the guide. The problem is that while the lock icon is in the upper part of the screen it's impossible to enter

I restored to factory settings but still the lock icon is there and no way to access

It's a "lock" right? Call the locksmith. 🙄😀
