Ipod Touch case, why Apple hasn't?

Why hasn't apple put one out yet? What the heck? I have my eye on one of the griffin ones....but it seems strange that the company itself didn't have a case ready at launch.

Um... Apple really isn't in the business to make you a case. Use a third party supplier. The few cases that they have made haven't been that great.

To my knowledge there are no third party cases available at this point either.

Or if you mean that Apple isn't carrying any, then you are correct.

Actually, I saw an iPod Touch case by InCase today at the Apple Store, but that was all they had.
