Ipod Touch Changes Time

Saludos!

Hi!
I have a Ipod Touch and it began to changes date/time by itself. I looked many forums, did the recommendations like put the same time zone on the computer and the iPod, and sync but doesn't work. Also I make the restore to the iPod, doesn't work neither. Is like is possessed cause no matter how many times you changes the correct date/time its change it by itself! haha

So please if someone solve this problem please post the suggestions.

PD: My iPod is NOT Jailbreak

Thanks and sorry about my English. :D

That's for older versions of iTunes. I haven't run into the same problem with the latest iTunes / iOS versions. So.. update update update

nope :(

How I finally solved this problem in a jailbroken iDevice, delete the cache file /var/root/Library/Caches/locationd/cache.plist after this is done locationd services will recreate the file and time will be/stay correct.

My problem still runs way past this version into versio 4.0.2 on my ipod touch.

Thanks

Thank you Pizzaman! That was perfect. Went in, deleted that file, and no more problems! I signed up here at the forums just to say thanks!

Thanks pizzaman. You are a genius.
How did you even figure that out? :)

Reset iPod touch date & time? Here's how.

Go to "Settings>General>Date & Time and then it's pretty simple from there.
Pick your time zone and date and put in your exact time by what looks like dials spinning, Pretty simple. Hope this helps.
