iPod touch iPod Touch Clock help

My iPod Touch clock has been five minutes faster than the actual time for a while now. Is there anyway I could physically change the time?

OP, click on 'Settings', then on 'General' then on 'Date & Time' and finally on 'Set Date & Time'. That should work.
