iPod touch iPod Touch Doesn't Play Purchased Songs!

My iPod Touch 3G 32GB doesn't play purchased songs.
My mac plays them fine though, even when the iPod is plugged in, I can play them from there also.

Also, my iPod Touch is jailbroken.

what can i do?
 
Actually, I am incorrect, it doesn't play a few purchased songs. Other purchased songs play fine!
