iPod touch Ipod touch + ebooks compatibality

I have a 32gb 3g touch. I have a bunch of ebooks that i have downloaded from the net on my mac. I have also downloaded "stanza"(app) on my ipod. I tried a lot of ways, but i cant figured out how to put the books in my touch?
How do i even sync the books in?
Or is it even possible?

i cant seem to find the books calibre using in stanza. I tried the methods 😕

I use both STANZA and KINDLE to download books. You just go online with either and download what you want through the respective program quite easily with your iPod Touch while connected to the net. I have no idea how you would get your already, computer loaded books into iTunes for synching.
