iPod touch iPod Touch full screen

Is it Possible to hook my iPod Touch to a Mac and run an application off it on the screen of the Mac? Like hooking the iPod touch up and running the YouTube App?

Pretty cool. I think Apple should have this capability without JB. The Zune HD has it.
