Ipod Touch Guide to Jailbreak

Can some one give me the run down on JB my ipod touch.

I have itune 8.0 and just updated my ipod to 2.1

Step by step please

there is no jailbreak for 2.1 yet........... why do people expect there to be a jailbreak right away? give it atleast two weeks
