iPod touch ipod touch has problem....why cant i delete itunes

trying to delete itunes...i get

Another application has exclusive access to the file
C:\\Program Filles\iTunes\AboutiTunes.rtf" Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry.

I have nothing else open....

Anyone run into this?

I don't think that problem has anything to do with the Touch!

In any case, try rebooting your computer, it usually clears up that problem.

problem solved....multiple users on same computer..i didnt realize it... if this happens to anyone else..fyi...
