D Drose macrumors newbie Original poster May 27, 2009 #1 Well, I havn't touched my ipod touch in a long time (8gb) and i found it, I tried plugging it into itunes to restore it to factory cause i lost my passcode, can anyone help me find a way to restore, or delete the passcode?

iDAG macrumors 65816 May 27, 2009 #2 I believe if you connect your iPod to the computer you normally sync it to then it should unlock itself.

NC MacGuy macrumors 603 May 27, 2009 #3 Can't you do this through iTunes restore factory settings option? You can reset a passcode after restore. If you had set destroy all data after ten failed attempts option on Touch, just fail ten times.😉
