Well it really has to know that it is the same person with the same account so irdk. I'd think it would delete all your data as i'm sure apple woudn't want you to use that account and give it to somebody else.
My suggestion: ask apple- they'd know.

Those songs are authorized on your computer and iPod touch.

If You Mean About Downloading A new itunes then it wont delete it everything you had on your old itunes will be saved in your new one.
