iPod touch keeps leaving playlist

I use an iPod touch in my car to play music. Every so often it will leave the current playlist it is in and start playing music from the start of the library alphabetically.

I have no idea why this happens and it is totally random. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hmmm nope.
I would guess your playlist didn't sync from iTunes correctly??

Does it do that with all of your playlists?
Any difference if you use shuffle playlist/play in order?

No the playlist works normally except that sometimes it doesn't and randomly starts playing from the first track out of all the tracks on the iPod.

I tried it with a new iPod touch and it still does that sporadically
