iPod Touch Microphone Question

Do the 3rd Generation 8gb iPod touches have built in mics or do you have to plug headphones in that have a mic?

What about the 32/64GB ones? Same deal or do they have built in microphones?

No built in mic with any touch models 2nd\3rd gen use headphone mic.
