iPod touch iPod Touch Mixing Album Art

I am using 3.1.2 Firmware and since i upgraded some of my Album Art has gone a bit rouge! for example in the photos attached Daft Punk Songs have been showing Genius Mixes images instead of the Album Artwork shown in the screenshot of my iTunes. 6/150 of my artist have this problem while not a huge number it happens to be 6 of my favourite artists and Im really anal about this kind of thing!
Any Advice?

I've also come across this. I first noticed when I was on the iPod, listening to a song, and I tapped the little "list of songs" thing at the top right. When I tap that, the main cover art flips and shows the songs on the album and the little square at the top right, is supposed to show the same cover art, only smaller. I'm getting a different cover art. It's pretty easy to tell since the original is black and white and the mini changes to an Eels cover with lots of color. I'm not sure why it's doing that, but I thought I'd let you know you're not the only one.
