I have two Iphone SE’s and two Ipod Touch 6’s....

The photos from my Ipods are always amazingly sharper and with better low-light results than either Iphone SE. Why is this..?.....My Ipods are always my Go-To Apple, camera devices for both photo and video.

The comparable specs don’t give any indication that this could be true but the Ipods are the clear winner. .

Why?

Post sample photos. SE uses an improved sensor, found in 6s and it shouldn't be worse than iT6.

Now that I look at the photos on my laptop, I think they are just as good from the SE. I think it’s just the retina display on the Ipod that is far better than than display on the SE.
It looks like they used the same display on the SE that they used on the 5.

The display in the iPhone 5, 5c, 5s and SE and the iPod Touch 5 & 6 are all the same size (4") and resolution (1136 x 640) and I think they all probably use the same display panel. That said a lot of people have noticed that the display of the SE seems to be calibrated a bit warmer (i.e. when held side by side it ends up looking yellower) than earlier iPhones so that could be the difference.
