I've recently lost my 5th Gen iPod so i'm looking at buying an iPod Touch. I really want to 32GB but its got a hefty price tag so i'm thinking of getting one from america via eBay. Will it work exactly the same as a UK one. I charge my iPod's straight from the computer so i dont need none of this adaptor crap. Will the wi-fi, itunes store etc work? Are there any huge differences from the UK one.

I've searched all over but i cant seem to get a conclusive answer to all my questions.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

it will be the same as the UK one, but its not going to cost any less on ebay, especially becuase the 32GB just came out

i've just bought an 16GB iPod touch for £175 (from the UK). if you look for auctions ending at the right time you can get a good price :D

and it will be less....32GB from the american apple store are $499, thats £256 after conversion. on the UK apple store they are £329. i'm pretty sure you could get a brand new 32gig one from ebay for maybe $420 so it would then be £215.
