iPod touch Ipod Touch Repair Problems

Hi
I have an Ipod Touch 4th Generation and I attempted a screen repair. In the process I ripped the volume flex cable and the headphone jack smd off the board. Any advice/suggestions on how I could repair the headphone jack?
