Well 5-8 months ago I found an Ipod touch at my school and i kept it for that long. Later my Ipod broke, completely totaled. My question is, if i can still return it and get a new one, and how and where do I go to do it. Thank You

I don't predict Apple to be helpful given the situation you are in. But you can try their genius bar at a local apple store and tell them what you just told us.

You want someone to replace something you broke?

Will that work with my car?

Seriously though, they will for sure replace it for $199.

You "found" an iPod Touch, so it's not even your property in the first place so why should apple fix it for you?
