iPod touch iPod Touch Stuck On Boot Screen

Uhhh my ipod keeps getting stuck on the boot screen (the apple logo), but now i keep resetting it and it still wont work. usually before i would just plug it in to the charger overnight and it would be fine by morning, but ive tried that. its been on the apple screen for a few days now. is there a way i can put it in restore mode or just clear all the data or something?

Call apple support... I'm sure they know something. You would think they would test these better. Mine seems to work fine.
