iPod touch stylus?

    I was wondering, why is the touch's screen only sensitive to a human finger and not anything else? I have tried using a plastic and metal stylus with no result. Does anbody know how to get a stylus to work without having to purchase one?

    Nope, the screen works off the natural capacitance of human skin.
