Today's rumor points to 3G enabled iPod Touch. I don't think it will happen. Why? It will eat into iPhone sales. Think about it. How much do you really use your iPhone for phone calls? I use less than 5% of my voice plan. I would ditch my voice plan if I could. So an iPod Touch with 3G data is very unlikely.

Thats just you. I dont think it will either but it would make some $ for Apple/Att or whoever. Alot of people use their voice plans for the iPhone 4.

I think the best idea will be to put a phone in the touch.

I think the block to this would be that you could then use the iPod Touch as a phone via skype. they want people to buy iPhones.
