My iPod Touch will not turn off or on. It just stays on the Apple Logo with a little circle going around and around underneath it. I even let it go dead, but when I charge it and it comes back on, it does the exact same thing! Before it went off, I was trying to do the restore under settings without iTunes.

It was jailbroken
Computers do not recognize it
I tried to do the trick where you hold the home button and sleep button at the same time and it turns it off, but when I turn it on it does the same thing with the spinning thing and apple logo.
