    Prices usually stay the same, maybe a small decrease. Definitely won't go up.

    If you need one this summer for trips, beach use etc - get one now. Some stores have good deals, so shop around. Target has a free gift card with purchase of an iPod Touch...

    Here is some information about new ipod touch. The new iPod touch is thinner than before; it has also added the Retina display that was so far exclusive to the iPhone 4. It has four times the resolution of the previous generation iPod touches.
