I just recorded this video, and it looks awful. Is it my camera, am I doing something wrong, or is it just Youtube????

i don't know why but the first two days i had my ipod the recording quality was horrible ( a lotttt worst than the one you posted). but yesterday the quality was good and today the quality is even better.i don't know if it has something to do with the "breaking in/burning in" theory or what but the video quality on mine get better everyday.. give it a few days and see if it gets better

i recorded these today, yours should look somthing like this (if you upload it straight to youtube off ipod)

How do people find that to be bad quality?? People need to stop being whining babies about numbers and be thankful for what they're offered.

youtube does some convert file formats and some minor compression, but it also looks like you're standing in a low light area, not to mention the fact that you seem to be jerking the camera around

Yeah, Youtube is definitely not doing my videos justice, because the original ones look pretty good.

I just made another video, its really short. It looks better than my previous ones. Maybe its a lightening issue.

I just recorded a video, and the image quality looks kind of crappy, am I doing something wrong???

1. make sure the lens is spotless

2. don't expect great video from the touch in low light

3. pan SLOWLY and hold it very steady.
