iPod iPod Update Problem

I have a 30 gig iPod Photo. Works fine when syncing with my Powerbook but it fails to read disk when trying to update with Powermac.

I keep getting error message that says the disk cannot be read. It does this the moment the first song attempts to copy to iPod. Any tips on fixing this? The Powermac is running latest version of iTunes. 😡

So your iPod is set to have its songs manually managed then. Have you tried different ports on the Power Mac? Maybe have a look at the iPod's 5 Rs too. 🙂
