iPod ipod updates

Ive had my ipod video since it came out and the ipod updater for the software version still says ----- software version 1.0 (up to date)

Im just curius if somethings wrong with it or has there really been no updates (because it has been 1.0 since I bought it)

It's now up to 1.2.1

If you have iTunes 7 (if you don't then download it) plug your iPod in and when it's loaded go iTunes -> Check for Updates.
