Hello. 🙂 I have a 30 GB 5th generation iPod Video. I am having major problems getting it to hold its charge. When I plug it in to my PC the screen stays dark, but reads: "Please Wait. Battery Very Low." I'll leave it plugged in for 24 + hour periods and no change. My iTunes also wont even recognize that the iPod has been conneceted, so I can not restore it. I have tried charging it on a wall adaptor, when I do this the iPod DOES actually turn on, and is fully functional, but doesn't hold a charge and the second I unplug it it powers off again. I have also tried replacing the battery, but all of these problems persist. .... Does anyone know what I can do? 🙂

OP says they already replaced the battery.

Sorry, my iPod mini had the exact same problem and a battery replacement fixed it 🙁
