Well, if it's music that isn't purchased from the iTunes store, and is encoded in AAC, there's nothing to convert (the Zune plays AAC as well).
If it is purchased from the iTunes store, you can either burn it to an audio CD and re-rip it, or use one of several illegal DRM stripping tools that I'm not going to tell you anymore about due to the rules on this forum.
