iPod iPod won’t charge to 100%, loses battery in large increments

just as the title says. My iPod touch won’t charge to 100% and when it loses battery, it loses it in the same large chunks—for instance, it’ll go from 48% to 36% to 18%. And always those % numbers. What’s going on?

Sounds like a bad battery to me. I see the same issues with older iPods. Replacement battery fixes this issue.
