iPod iPod Won't Respond to Anything

My iPod won't turn on, won't show up on my computer when I plug it in or do anything.
It just isn't showing any signs of life.
Help? It's still under warranty, but this is still making me worried/sad.
Any help will of course be completely appreiciated.

EDIT: It's a 30GB 5G iPod, fairly new 'cause my first one got replaced by Apple (HD failure)

Have you tried resetting it? Here are the five Rs to help you troubleshoot your iPod. Have you tried them?

Thanks! Resetting it worked.... I thought I'd tried it and a friend and I went through the steps on AIM and it didn't work but.... he and I thought it was the wrong buttons to push down....
So write this off as another thread written by an idiot who runs crying to MR when things don't work....
