iPod iPod Won't Respond to Anything

My iPod won't turn on, won't show up on my computer when I plug it in or do anything.
It just isn't showing any signs of life.
Help? It's still under warranty, but this is still making me worried/sad. 🙁 😕
Any help will of course be completely appreiciated.

EDIT: It's a 30GB 5G iPod, fairly new 'cause my first one got replaced by Apple (HD failure) 🙁

Have you tried resetting it? Here are the five Rs to help you troubleshoot your iPod. Have you tried them?

Thanks! Resetting it worked.... I thought I'd tried it and a friend and I went through the steps on AIM and it didn't work but.... he and I thought it was the wrong buttons to push down.... 😱
So write this off as another thread written by an idiot who runs crying to MR when things don't work.... 😱
