iPod iPod - Won't save settings in iTunes 7.0

Well I'll post the pictures - they'll say more than I can explain. They appeared in this order.

Not sure how to fix this but it means that I can't change what syncs to my iPod. Anyone else seen this?

I'd try some of the 5 Rs of iPod troubleshooting. In particular, resetting it might help and if not, then restoring it might. 🙂

Anyway - I got as far as a full restore and that seemed to do the trick
