Hi everyone, I was using my ipod video today and put it down, on pause. About 20 minutes later, I picked it up and it was off. I can't turn it back on! The battery was far from dead, still green. I don't know what to do! Please offer any suggestions or comments you have. THANK YOU
Thank goodness for the restart function. I tried the wrong combo to restart and that obviously didn't work.
The correct restart worked, and didn't damage any of my files.
